丙氨酰-谷氨酰胺在危重症患者早期肠外营养支持中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 机体在休克、严重感染、创伤等应激情况下易发生肠黏膜屏障及免疫系统功能受损,细菌和内毒素易位,进而引起全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS)和多器官功能衰竭(MOF)。有研究表明,谷氨酰胺作为一种条件必需氨基酸具有增强机体蛋白质合成、调控细胞因子产生及释放、减轻有害炎症反应的作用[1],及时补充谷氨酰胺可能有利于危重症患者的恢复。
