COPD患者血清1,25(OH)_2D_3、钙水平与FEV_1的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析血清1,25-二羟维生素D3[1,25(OH)2D3]、钙(Ca2+)水平与慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者急性加重期肺功能指标的相关性。方法对确诊COPD患者30例,采用自身对照的方法,分别于COPD急性加重期和稳定期,测定受试者血清1,25(OH)2D3、Ca2+、磷(P),同时测定动脉血气分析及肺功能指标。结果受试者急性加重期与稳定期相比,血清1,25(OH)2D3、Ca2+、P水平明显降低。受试者急性加重期血清中1,25(OH)2D3和Ca2+水平与患者肺功能指标第1秒用力呼气流量(FEV1)占预计值百分比[FEV1(%)]呈正相关。结论 COPD患者血清1,25(OH)2D3、Ca2+水平与FEV1(%)有关,对预防肺功能恶化及降低COPD患者病死率可能具有重要临床意义。
