2012年北京房山区中药饮片生产使用质量分析

Analysis on quality of manufacturing and utilization of Chinese medical decotion pieces in Fangshan district of Beijing in 2012

调查北京市房山区中药饮片生产企业和医疗机构的饮片质量情况.对北京市房山区4家中药饮片生产企业的64件样品、27家医疗机构的79件样品进行抽样检验.依据《中国药典》(2010版)、《中药材及中药饮片药品检验补充检验方法》的标准进行检验,结果表明,从房山区中药饮片生产企业抽验的64件样品中有2件不合格,不合格率3.1%;从房山区医疗机构抽验的79件样品中有6件不合格,不合格率7.6%.北京市房山区中药饮片生产企业的饮片质量相对安全;医疗机构应加强对中药饮片购进、存储方面的管理;药品监督部门要加强对医疗机构中药饮片质量的监督管理,并提高技术监督能力.

Abstract ：This paper investigated the quality status of Chinese medical dectotion pieces in manufacturers and medical institutions in Fangshan district of Beijing. Sampling and testing 64 decotion pieces from 4 manufacturers,79 decotion pieces from 27 medical institutions in Fangshan district of Beijing. Based on the standards of Chinese pharmacopoeia （2010 edi- tion） and supplement methods of quality identification ,2 samples were unqualified（3.1% ）, which manufactured by decotion pieces pharmaceutical enterprises of Fangshan district, 6 samples were unqualified （ 7.6% ）, which utilized by medical institutions. The quality of manufacturing of Chinese medical decotion pieces in Fangshan district was safety relatively. Medical institutions should reinforce the management of purchase and storage. The depart- ment of drug supervision should strengthen drug administration and improve the ability of technical supervision in medical institutions.
