摘要
利用烧结法制备了粉煤灰微晶玻璃。采用X射线衍射、电子探针-能谱、红外光谱分析方法对粉煤灰微晶玻璃的结构进行了表征。结果表明:粉煤灰微晶玻璃的主晶相为透辉石,获得的点阵参数为a=0.97669 nm,b=0.893828 nm,c=0.526093 nm,β=105.974°。透辉石晶粒尺寸为2~10μm,晶粒中不仅含Ca、Mg、Si、O元素,还含有Na、Al、Fe元素,这些外来元素的溶入造成透辉石晶格参数的改变。微晶玻璃红外光谱出现了很强的透辉石特征峰,与透辉石标准图谱相比,其发生明显的偏移,表明晶体中存在缺陷,这与XRD、EPMA-EDS分析结果相吻合。
Glass-ceramic was prepared by sintering method from coal fly-ash.The structure of the glass-ceramic was investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD),electron probe microanalysis-energy dispersive spectrum analysis(EPMA-EDS) and fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectrometer.The results show that the main crystal phase of the glass-ceramic is diopside,its lattice parameters calculated are a=0.97669 nm,b=0.893828 nm,c=0.526093 nm,β=105.974°.The diopside with size range from 2 to 20 μm not only contains Ca,Mg,Si,O but also Na,Al,Fe elements.These foreign elements change the lattice parameters of diopside.Infrared spectrum of the glass-ceramic appears strong absorption peak of diopside,which significantly deviates from infrared standard spectrum,indicating the crystal defect of the glass-ceramic,which is consistent with the XRD,EPMA-EDS analysis.
