摘要 小细胞肺癌（small celllung cance,SCLC）恶性度高，易远处转移，脑是最常见转移部位。由于常规化疗药难以有效进入脑组织，脑也就成了潜在转移灶的“庇护所”。因此，预防性脑照射（prophylactic cranial irradiation，pci）并非起“预防”转移发生的作用，而是消灭尚不能被发现的潜在转移灶。
