摘要
研制了一套贮液罐阀体焊接设备及工艺,并改进了日本Newk-200焊机的引弧性能。试验结果表明,该设备技术性能全部达到设计要求,工艺性能好,并有效地解决了原产品的泄漏和焊缝外观成型差等问题。
The welding equipment and technology for valve body of storage liquid tank are developed. The striking of the NEWK-200 welding machine made in Japan has been improved. The test results show that the technical characteristics and processing property meet the design re. quirements. The leakage, face and appearance of weld are solved effectively.
