对碘乙酸诱导猫视网膜光感受器退行性损伤的功能评估

摘要 已知碘乙酸可诱导多种动物产生急性光感受器退行性变.本研究旨在探索采用IAA完全去除猫视网膜光感受器并形成全盲动物模型.经耳缘静脉注射20mg/kgIAA,6个月后进行瞳孔对光反射、视网膜电图、行为学及组织化学等项评估.结果显示,在注射IAA6个月后,动物丧失全部光感受器细胞并且视觉功能完全消失呈全盲.经耳缘静脉注射高浓度IAA可快速诱导猫视网膜产生稳定的光感受器退行性变模型.可为采用基因和细胞疗法治疗视网膜晚期疾病和恢复视觉功能的各类生物技术提供一个有用的动物模型.
