覆膜支架腔内修复降主动脉峡部损伤

摘要 外伤性降主动脉峡部损伤是血管外科急诊的一种危重急症，多为钝性胸主动脉损伤（blunt thoracic aorticinjury，BTAI）的主要表现形式，死亡率高。同时，降主动脉峡部损伤患者常合并有其他脏器或血管严重损伤，易漏诊或误诊。外伤性主动脉夹层传统上采用开放手术方式，
