胆总管黄色肉芽肿一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者女，42岁，因“反复右中上腹绞痛、发热6年，再发伴皮肤眼白黄1个月”入院。查体：皮肤巩膜黄染，全腹无压痛，莫菲征（-）。磁共振胆胰管造影（magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography，MRCP）示：
