摘要
目的:研究成人翼腭管的解剖形态,为经翼腭管行上颌神经阻滞麻醉提供指导。方法:利用锥体束CT(CBCT)观测200个正常国人翼腭管的解剖形态。结果:矢状面上翼腭管的走行有四类:1)斜线形,向前下方走行,此类型最为多见,所占比例为89.25%;2)突向前方的弧形,此类型所占比例为5.25%,占第二位;3)折线形,占3.25%。4)突向后方的弧形,此类型最为少见,占2.25%。翼腭管的形态有3类:1)上窄下宽的喇叭口状,此形态最为多见,占88%;2)上下径较一致管状,此形态较为少见,比例占10%;3)不规则形,约占2%。翼腭管的长度平均为(15.76±2.32)mm,翼腭管与颌平面的夹角平均为(55.77±3.37)°。结论:通过CBCT可明确观测翼腭管的形态,对临床有定位指导作用。
Objective: To provide guidance for maxillary nerve block anesthesia through pterygopalatine canal.Methods: We examined the anatomy of the pterygopalatine canal using data obtained from CBCT scans of 200 normal Chinese.Results: In the sagittal plane,four pathways were observed: 1) Diagonal form,the pterygopalatine canal travels in an anterior-inferior direction,the most common pathway,it occurred in 89.25%;2) Arc,Convex to the front,this pathway occurred in 5.25%;3)Fold line shape,this pathway occurred in 3.25%;4)Arc,Convex to the behind,this pathway occurred in 2.25%.There are three shapes of the pterygopalatine canal: 1) bellbottom shape,the most common shapes,the top diameter are less than the below,(88%);2) tubular,the top diameter are same to the below,(10%);3)irregular shape,(2%).The average length of the pterygopalatine canal was(15.76±2.32)mm.The mean angle between the pterygopalatine and the occlusion plane were(55.77±3.37)°.Conclusion: Using CBCT,we are able to observe the exact shape of the pterygopalatine canal.It will play an important role to guide the clinical operation in the future.
