计算机图形技术分形维数对骨质疏松症的口腔颌骨骨微结构研究现状

摘要 WHO将骨质疏松定义为一种骨密度降低,并且骨微结构改变的疾病。当前,骨密度(bone mineral density,BMD)双能X线骨密度仪(DXA)的测量(通常是在椎骨或股骨颈部)已经成为了评定骨质疏松症的重要方法[1]。但是,将近一半的骨折病人并没有达到诊断为骨质疏松症的BMD标准。越来越多的BMD没有问题的成年人处于骨折的风险下;很多T值在-2.5SD以上的妇女也发生了骨折。这说明,如果要准确地预测骨折发生的可能。
