运动对巨噬细胞抗病毒能力的影响研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 运动增强或降低机体免疫功能与运动频率、持续时间和运动强度有关。规律性的适度身体活动可以提高机体免疫机能.降低感染风险,而长时间大强度运动则使疾病感染几率增加,这可能与巨噬细胞功能改变有关。本文拟将国内外有关运动与巨噬细胞关系的研究加以梳理,试图了解运动对巨噬细胞抗病毒能力的影响.并探讨运动改变巨噬细胞抗病毒能力的影响因素及可能机制,以加深对运动与免疫系统关系的认识.为运动训练实践提供有价值的参考。
