摘要
例1，患者，23岁，未婚。因急性左下腹痛1天于2011年10月5日急诊入院。患者平素月经规则，既往体健，否认性生活史。妇科检查：左侧附件区触及约直径10cm包块，压痛明显。B超检查示：子宫左侧弱回声区，大小108mm×101mm×95mm，部分呈中等回声，周边见彩色血流，提示子宫左侧囊性为主混合块，附件来源可能。肿瘤标志物血清学检测均在正常范围内。术前诊断：腹痛待查，左侧卵巢囊肿蒂扭转可能。
