摘要
以ZL203合金为研究对象,开发出低功率超声熔体处理-倾斜板浇注复合制备半固态铝合金的工艺,并运用正交试验方法分析不同工艺参数对半固态铝合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明,通过合理控制工艺参数,可以得到以细小、均匀分布的初生α-Al相为主的组织;铸型预热温度是晶粒尺寸的最主要影响因素,超声波施振温度是抗拉强度的最主要影响因素;超声波施振温度为660℃,铸型预热温度为25℃,倾斜板预热温度为25℃时,合金的微观组织和抗拉强度最好。
Semi-solid ZL203 aluminum alloy was prepared by low power ultrasonic melt processing-inclined plate compound preparation process, and influences of different process parameters on the microstructure and properties of semi-solid aluminum alloy were investigated by orthogonal testing. The results show that the fine and uniformly distributed microstructure containing mainly α-Al phase can be prepared by reasonable control of the process parameters. Preheating temperature of the mould is the most important factor controlling grain size, and ultrasonic vibrating temperature is dominant in affecting tensile strength. With the ultrasonic vibrating temperature of 660 ℃, and the preheating temperature of mold of 25 ℃ and inclined plate of 25 ℃, the microstructure and tensile strength of ZL203 aluminum alloy exhibit desirable.
