摘要
介绍了某飞机系统部分使用的一种典型壳体铸件的结构特点和生产过程中产生的缺陷,并提出了采用快速成型技术与熔模精密铸造组合的工艺方法。该工艺方法提高了壳体铸件的精度,避免了铸件的缺陷,缩短了壳体零件的制造周期。
The structure characteristic of a typical housing for a plane system and the defects occurred in the process of production were described, and a compound method of rapid prototyping manufacturing conbining with investment casting were presented. The casting technology can improve the precision of housing, eliminating the defects in the housing, and decreasing the manufacturing time.
