摘要 视网膜神经节细胞(RGC)是视网膜内惟一连接脑部并将视网膜信息传递到脑部的神经元。因为缺乏特异性标记物对视网膜神经节细胞进行标记分类,目前主要通过形态学区分不同类型的RGC。形态学分类法不仅简便、易观察,还可以直接反映突触联系,而且在一定程度上反映不同RGC的生理特性。因此,研究其形态学特点是研究正常及病理状态下RGC改变的重要指标。本文主要对RGC分型做一综述。 Retinal ganglion cells (RGC) is only neuron in retina which mediate information from retina and project to the brain. Markers specific to individual retinal neuronal cell types have not been forthcoming, so the most general method remains neuronal morphology which is simple and observational. The synaptic connectivity and physiology characteristic can be described. The diversity of RGS is reviewed.
