摘要
以去离子水、无水乙醇为分散介质,以焦磷酸钠(SPP)、吐温80(Tween80)和硅烷偶联剂(KH550)为分散剂,配置了三种不同的分散溶液,采用先酸洗而后超声震荡、磁力搅拌的方法,对晶须进行分散处理,并通过电镜观察分散效果。结果表明:1%KH550-无水乙醇分散溶液分散效果较好;短时间的超声震荡和磁力搅拌,有助于SiCW在分散溶液中的分散。
The dispersion of silicon carbide whisker (SiCw) was researched using three different dispersed solutions: using distilled water and ethanol as the dispersing medium, using sodium pyrophosphate (SPP), Tween80 and silane coupling agent (KH550) as the dispersing agent. Three methods acid-washed, ultrasonic shaking and magnetic stirring were adopted to disperse the SiCw, and it was observed by electron microscopy. The results indicate that 1% (in volume) KH550-ethanol solution is the best, however, ultrasonic shaking and magnetic stirring in a short time is contributed to the dispersion.
