摘要
简要回顾了定向凝固技术发展过程,分析了各种定向凝固工艺的特点,介绍了定向凝固技术目前的研究热点和难点,并指出了目前高温合金单晶叶片生产中亟需解决的几个共性技术问题。
The development history of directional solidification process was reviewed and solidification technologies was analyzed. Meanwhile, the current research highlights the feature of various directional and difficulties of directional solidification technology are introduced briefly. Finally, some common technical problems in great need of solutions for manufacturing of single crystal blade of superalloys were pointed out.
