摘要 针对高强低合金钢由于含有较多的合金元素,成分和氢含量控制困难,焊接时容易出现各种焊接缺陷等问题,重点论述了防止冷裂纹、热裂纹出现的具体措施。 Aimed at the problems that the low alloy steel would produce various welding defects in welding because of the intrinsic factors such as chemical constituent, structural state and thickness, and the external factors such as welding material, welding method, structure form and the technical level of the welder, resulting in the welding of high strength low alloy steel is hard to control the composition and hydrogen content, this paper focuses on the specific measures to prevent cold cracks and hot cracks.
