摘要
借助拉伸试验机与EBSD等手段对IF钢在变形过程中织构的演化过程进行了细致的研究。研究结果表明,在塑性变形过程中,随着变形量的增加,铁素体晶粒形态和晶粒取向均发生了明显地变化,晶粒形态由原来的等轴状变成了拉长的扁平状,等轴状晶粒内部首先出现取向的渐变区,紧接着滑移变形到一定程度将带动整个晶粒沿着拉伸方向发生塑性变形。同时,在塑性变形过程中,织构也发生了明显的转动。随着变形量的增加,γ织构有明显减弱的趋势,同时其织构组分{111}〈112〉不断地转向相对更为稳定的{111}〈110〉。
Texture evolution during deformation for IF steel were studied by tensile testing machine and electron back-scatter diffraction ( EBSD). The results show that there are significant changes in morphology and orientation of the ferrite with increase of deformation. The equal axis shape of grains are elongated. First of all, the region of orientation change occurrcs in the interior of equal axis shape of grains, and then it drives the whole grains to occur plastic deformation with the further increase of deformation. At the same time, The texture also has a obvious rotation during plastic deformation. γ texture is weakened obviously, and texture component is rotated from {111}(112) to relative stable t lllt(llO〉.
