摘要
富含半胱氨酸61(Cyr61,又称为CCNI)是结缔组织生长因子(CCN)家族关键成员之一.是一种非常重要的细胞基质调节因子.调控内皮细胞和成纤维细胞的黏附、迁移与增殖,诱导血管发生,参与炎症反应、伤口愈合和组织重塑等过程。近年来.Cyr61与肿瘤的关系越来越受关注。
