环状弹性组织溶解性巨细胞肉芽肿

Two cases of annular elastolytic giant cell granuloma

报告2例环状弹性组织溶解性巨细胞肉芽肿。患者分别为59岁男性和58岁女性。皮损表现为大小不一的环状红斑,界清,边缘隆起。皮损见于头面、颈部和双上肢。组织病理检查显示真皮中部呈肉芽肿样改变,可见多量组织细胞、多核巨细胞及淋巴细胞浸润,肉芽肿性浸润区弹性纤维明显减少或完全缺如。诊断:环状弹性组织溶解性巨细胞肉芽肿。

Two eases of annular elastolytie giant cell granuloma are reported. A 59-year-old male and a 58-year-old female presented with red annular plaques in various sizes with elevated erythematous border on the head, face, neck and arms. Histopathologic examination showed granulomatous infiltrate in the middle dermis consisting primarily of histioeytes, muhinucleated giant cells, and lymphocytes. Reduction or absence of dermal elastic fibers was apparent in the granulomalous areas. The diagnosis is made as annular elastolytic giant cell granuloma.
