激光加工过程中金属合金组分变化情况的实验研究

摘要 金属合金的组分变化可以影响合金的机械性能特性,定量检测激光加工过程中合金组分的变化显得至关重要。针对激光加工金属合金过程中熔融金属组分的变化情况进行了实验研究,采用自由定标的激光诱导击穿光谱法对7075铝合金熔融金属的元素成分进行了定量分析,并研究了不同加工条件(激光脉冲宽度)下组分的变化情况。实验结果表明,激光加工后的熔融金属中Mg元素浓度降低,而且随加工激光的脉冲宽度增大,Mg元素的浓度逐渐降低。由此也可见,激光加工过程中材料的选择性气化与作用激光的脉冲宽度相关。 Metal alloy composition changes will influence the metal mechanical properties, so quantitatively analyze the alloy composition during laser machining become very important o In this paper, the composition change of 7075 aluminum metal alloy was determined by calibration-free laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy during laser machining, The influence of different machining condition (laser pulse width) was also investigated. The experiment result shows that the concentration of magnesium in molten metal is lower than was present in the base metalo And the Mg loss increases with increasing pulse width of the laser machining. It can be seen that the selective vaporization of different elements are affected by the pulse width of laser machining.
