单孔腹腔镜结直肠手术的研究现状及进展 被引量:7

摘要 腹腔镜技术是20世纪最有意义的外科学技术进展之一。此技术被广泛应用于各种腹腔手术,如胆囊切除术、胃切除术、阑尾切除术及子宫切除术等,该技术的安全性及可行性得到了肯定的评价。直至2009年,传统多孔腹腔镜手术占所有外科手术的10%左右[2]。传统多孔腹腔镜技术在结直肠疾病的手术治疗中已经得到较为广泛的应用。
