摘要
结合电阻法原理和微型计算机技术 ,研制出一种能检测血细胞大小和数量的自动分析仪器。文中介绍了血细胞自动分析仪的组成、工作原理 ,描述了信号采集及预处理电路和接口电路的设计思想及其特点 ,讨论了高精度程控恒流源、微弱信号放大电路、峰值检测电路 ,分析了仪器的主要干扰源及抗干扰的措施。所设计的电路已成功地应用在血细胞自动分析仪中。最后给出了由计算机采集到的血细胞信号的波形。
An automatic analyzer used for measuring the blood cell size and quantity is developed with resistance theory and computer technology. This paper introduces the principle and the construction of the automatic analyzer, describes the design idea and characteristics of signal acquisition, pretreatment and interface circuit, discusses the high precision constant current source, the faint signal amplifier and peak detector circuits, and analyzes the main interference of the analyzer and the anti disturbance steps. The circuit is successfully applied to the automatic blood cell analyzer. Finally the wave shapes of the blood cell signal which are collected on a computer are obtained.
