摘要
目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病患者新生儿脐血SHBG、IGF-1水平与出生体重的相关性。方法调查对象为2009年1月~2011年2月在我院进行治疗且被确认为妊娠期糖尿病患者的子女共30例为A组,同期为非妊娠糖尿病患者的子代共30例为B组,在此基础上再将<2000g,3000~4000g,>4000g分别分为SGA组,AGA组,LGA组。收集新生儿出生时体重,用电化学发光法进行胰岛素测定,同时运用酶联免疫吸附法进行脐血SHBG、IGF-1的浓度进行测定,分析新生儿脐血SHBG、IGF-1水平与出生体重的相关性。结果 A组与B组新生儿脐静脉血清SHBG、IGF-1水平与体重比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组:回归方程的线性假设检验:F=6.7268,P<0.05;B组回归方程的线性假设检验:F=8.3271,P<0.05,因此,可以判定新生儿脐血SHBG、IGF-1水平与出生体重有相关性。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者新生儿脐血SHBG、IGF-1水平与出生体重具有相关意义。
Objective To investigate the relationship between neonatal umbilical cord blood SHBG, IGF-1 levels and birth weight on the patients with gestational diabetes. Methods 30 children whose patients with gestational diabetes mellitus in our hospital from January 2009 to February 2011 were as group A,while 30 children whose patients without gestational diabetes mellitus were as group B at the same time. On the basis of this, they were divided into SGA group(weighing less than 2000 g),AGA group(weighing from 3000 to 4000 g) and LGA group(weighing more than 4000 g).Then the weight of neonatal birth were collected, the insulin and umbilical cord blood concentrations of SHBG and IGF-lwere determined by electrochemiluminescence and ELISA at the same time for analyzing the correlation of neonatal umbilical cord blood SHBG,IGF-1 levels and birth weight. Results There were significantly difference in neonatal umbilical cord blood SHBG,IGF-1 levels and birth weight between A and B group (P 〈 0.05).The linear hypothesis test of A group about the regression equation showed F=6.7268,P 〈 0.05.The linear hypothesis test of B group about the regression equation showed F=8.3271,P 〈 0.05.Therefore,it suggested that there was a correlation between neonatal umbilical cord blood SHBG,IGF-1 levels and birth weight. Conclusion There is significant relationship between neonatal umbilical cord blood SHBG, IGF-1 levels and birth weight on the patients with gestational diabetes.
