盐酸利托君用于治疗前置胎盘的疗效观察

Observation of the clinical curative effect of ritodrine hydrochloride on placenta previa

目的探讨盐酸利托君用于治疗前置胎盘的临床疗效。方法将100例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,观察组给予盐酸利托君治疗,对照组给予硫酸镁治疗。结果观察组患者24h出血停止率、保胎成功率、延长孕周、妊娠期≥36周比率及新生儿1minApgar评分均优于对照组(P<0.05),两组新生儿出生体质量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组均有不同的药物不良反应,两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用盐酸利托君治疗前置胎盘疗效显著,能够有效抑制宫缩,保胎成功率高,具有起效快、控制出血效果好、作用强等优点,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of ritodrine hydrochloride on placenta previa. Methods 100 patients were randomLy divided into observation group and control group （50 cases in each group）.The observation group was treated with ritodrine hydrochloride and the control group was treated with magnesium sulfate. Results The cessation rate of hemorrhage in 24 h,success rate of tocolysis,increased gestation age,the ratio of ≥ 36 week gestation and 1 min Apgar score of newborns of the observation group were superior to the control group （P 〈 0.05）. There was no statistical significance of the birth body mass between the two groups（P 〉 0.05）.Different adverse drug reactions were found in both groups with no statistical significance of the incidence（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The application of ritodrine hydrochloride placenta previa has obvious therapeutic effect,which can effectively inhibit the uterine contraction with high success rate of tocolysis and advantages of rapid onset and good control effect on hemorrhage,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
