摘要
对工作流的基本概念，工作流软件的基本设计概要：流转路径的智能化、跟踪与监控信息的提供与应用结合的能力做了基本描述，并给出了基于LotusNotes群件的工作流软件设计的基本技术和实现方法。
This paper describes the basic cencept of work flow and the basic design program of work flow software,such as the intelligence,the supply of tracing and monitor information and the applied ability about work flow path,andthen some special techniques and implementation methods of workflow software design based on Lotus Notes groupwiseare given.
