小陷胸汤治疗慢性胃炎50例

Treatment of 50 cases of chronic gastritis by Xiao Xianxiong decoction

目的观察小陷胸汤治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法将100例患者随机分为两组,治疗组应用小陷胸汤加减治疗,对照组应用奥美拉唑胶囊及相关药物治疗,观察其治疗效果。结果经相应治疗后治疗组总有效率为96%,对照组总有效率为76%(P<0.05),治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论小陷胸汤化裁治疗慢性胃炎疗效更佳。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiao Xianxiong decoction in the treatment of chronic gastritis. Methods 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group were treated by Xiao Xianxiong decoction,and the control group were treated by omeprazole capsules＇ and related drugs therapy. The curative effect of patients in two groups were observed. Results After appropriate treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 96% and 76% respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion Xianxiong decoction in the treatment of chronic gastritis has significant curative effect.
