宫内节育术中应用B超监测的临床价值

Clinical value of B-ultrasound monitoring in intrauterine contraception surgery

目的探讨B超监测在宫内节育手术中的临床应用。方法采集本院2008年12月～2011年12月入住我院妇科的480例放置了宫内节育器(IUD)妇女的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果经过B超观察与定位,经过x2检验,节育器脱落、节育器下移妇女带器妊娠率要明显地高于节育器位置正常的妇女,二者呈现出显著的统计学差异,P<0.01,节育器脱落不存在这种关系(P>0.05)。结论运用B超对宫内节育器进行定位具有安全、准确等方面的优点,是进行宫内节育器定位检查的一个最佳选择。

Objective To investigate the clinical application of B-ultrasound monitoring in intrauterine contraception surgery. Methods Clinical information of 480 women who were placed with intrauterine device （IUD） in the gynecological department of our hospital from December 2008 to December 2011 was analyzed retrospectively. Results Through B-ultrasound observation and positioning,chi-square test showed that the pregnancy with IUD in situ rate of wmnen with IUD drop and IUD down was significantly higher than that of women with IUD in normal position,with statistically significant difference between them（P 〈 0.01）;The above relationship did not apply to IUD drop（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The application of B-ultrasound has advantages,such as safe and accurate,in the positioning of IUD and therefore is the best choice for IUD positioning examination.
