气球压迫治疗高血压合并鼻出血的效果及护理措施

The nursing measures and effect of hypertensive epistaxis with epistaxis balloon compression

目的探讨气球压迫治疗高血压合并鼻出血的效果及护理措施。方法选择80例患者分为两组,各40例,观察组在一般护理、心理护理、维持血容量等护理干预基础上实施气球压迫止血法,对照组则实施常规的纱条填塞止血法,比较两组患者出血量及有效止血时间,并统计治疗期间发生的并发症。结果观察组患者总出血量显著少于对照组(P<0.05),且有效止血时间短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组发生再出血以及精神极度紧张的比率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在进行常规护理基础上通过使用气球压迫止血治疗高血压鼻出血效果更为确切,且有效减少了再出血率。

Objective To explore the nursing measures and effect of hypertensive epistaxis with balloon compression. Methods 80 cases were divided into two groups,each 40 cases,the observation group were used general nursing,psychological nursing,maintain blood volume and nursing intervention based on the implementation of the balloon compression hemos.tasis,the control group were received conventional gauze packing hemostasis,then the bleeding time and period complications were compared in the two groups. Results In the observation group,the total amount of bleeding was less than control group（P 〈 0.05）,effective hemostatic time was shorter than control group （P 〈 0.05）,occurrence rate of rebleeding and spirit of extreme tension rate were lower than control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Balloon compression hemostasis on the basis of conventional care for hypertensive epistaxis can more precisely and effectively reduce the rate of rebleeding.
