临床药师参与心血管内科查房效果分析

Effect analysis of clinical pharmacists participating in the clinical rounds of cardiovascular internal medicine

目的探讨临床药师参与心血管内科查房效果分析。方法对临床药师参与心血管内科查房记录的药例进行统计学分析,并结合相应典型病例说明。结果 2011年9～12月共查房记录327例药例,其中制定个体化用药方案157份(48.0%),纠正用药错误66份(20.2%),缩短疗程及疗效提高38份(11.6%),住院费用减少24份(7.3%)。结论临床药师参与心血管内科查房可以促进药物合理利用、降低错误用药的发生率,提高治疗水平,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of clinical pharmacists participating in the clinical rounds of cardiovascular internal medicine. Methods Drug cases of clinical pharmacists participating in the clinical rounds of cardiovascular internal medicine were statistically analyzed,and explained combining with corresponding typical case. Results 327 cases of drug cases were recorded from September to December 2011,including 157 cases（48.0%） of setting individualized regimen,66 cases（20.2%）of correcting medication errors,38 cases（11.6%）of shortening period of treatment and improving curative effect,24 cases（7.3%）of reducing hospital costs. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists participating in the cardiovascular internal medicine ward round can promote reasonable drug use,reduce the incidence of wrong medicine,improve the level of treatment,worthy of popularizing in clinical application.
