摘要
目的探讨白领高血压在社区卫生服务中心的诊治。方法应用"生物-心理-社会医学模式"诊治36例白领高血压患者。结果治疗后血压达标率较高,患者症状明显缓解。结论应用"生物、心理、社会医学模式"可以使白领高血压在基层医院及社区卫生服务中心得到较好的诊治。
Objective The aim of this study was to discuss the diagnosis and treatment of white-collar hypertension in community health service. Methods 36 white-collar hypertension patients were diagnosed and treated with biopsychosocial model. Results The results showed that implementing biopsychosocial model improve the compliance rate of blood pressure and offer obvious relief to symptoms of the disease. Conclusion The white-collar hypertension can be diagnosed and treat by implementing biopsychosocial model in primary hospital or community health service.
