The Design and Development of Land Use Planning Management Information System

土地利用总体规划管理信息系统是规划动态实施和实时管理的科学保障，具有面向多用户、业务功能完善和多种类型数据管理的目标。笔者以MapInfo为平台，Delphi为开发工具，采用面向对象的开发方法，设计、开发了以Client/Server为体系结构的某市土地利用总体规划管理信息系统。该系统具有土地利用总体规划实施管理所需要的查询、统计、分析预测、土地用途管制、土地变更和输出等功能。

Land use planning management information system can help land manager manage the planning scientificallyand effechvely.Based on the Client/server,with the support of MapInfo Professional,we have designed and developedthe land use planning management informaton system,and Delphi is the main programming language as which weadopted.With the system,users can finish the searching, statistics, analyzing, landuse controlling, modifying and outputwhich is the usually need during the management of land use planning.
