摘要
电压-门控Na+通道是神经元产生兴奋性所需的最基本的离子通道,在神经元静息电位的维持、动作电位的产生及传导等过程中发挥着重要的作用。目前已知至少有9种亚型的电压-门控Na+通道在神经系统中表达,它们不仅在维持神经元正常电生理活动中扮演着重要的角色,而且与神经系统许多疾患,如胶质瘤的发生发展密切相关。
Voltage-gated sodium channels are crucial to the resting potential and the generation and propagation of action potential in neurons, and the basic ion channels for neural excitability. Recent studies have identified that 9 isoforms of voltage-gated sodium channels have been proved to be expressed in nervous system. Voltage-gated sodium channels not only play an important role in normal electrophysiological activities of neurons but also have a close relationship with diseases in nervous system, such as the development of glioma.
