Relationship between lncRNA and tumor metastasis

长非编码RNA(lncRNA)是一组长度大于200个核苷酸,缺少完整的开放阅读框和无蛋白质编码功能的RNA。它能通过增强肿瘤的生长动力学,血管的形成,细胞骨架的形成或是瘤细胞异质型粘附,来增强肿瘤浸润和转移的能力。也可以与其他基因共同作用,来促进肿瘤的浸润和转移。但至今,对lncRNAs在肿瘤中发挥的作用有待进一步研究。

Long non-coding RNA（lncRNA） is a group of length more than 200 nucleotides, the lack of complete open reading frame and no coding function RNA. It can enhance the growth dynamics of tumor, blood vessel formation, formation of eytoskeleton or tumor cell heterogeneity adhesion, and the ability of tumor invasion and metastasis. It also can work with other genes to promote tumor invasion and metastasis. But up to now, the role of lncRNAs in cancer still needs to be understood.
