摘要
串扰和信号完整性等问题已成为高速PCB设计者面临的主要问题,高速发展的现代电子技术对新一代EDA工具及设计方法提出了更高要求。文中从现行的规则驱动的PCB设计方法出发,畅述了互连综合设计方法的实现与特点,并对现行的EDA工具进行了分析与展望。
The problems, such as crosstalk、signal integrity and so on, have been become the main obstacle for the high-speed PCB designer. Th e higher requirement has been raised for the new EDA software and desi gn method with the development of modern electronic technology. In thi s paper, the method of the rule-drive PCB design is introduced firstly . And then how to realize interconnect synthesis for the high-speed PC B design is discussed. Finally, some EDA softwares of the system (PCB) design are analyses whether or not applied to interconnect synthesis.
