RGO-BiVO_4复合材料的制备及其模拟太阳光光催化性能的研究 被引量:10

摘要 通过水热法制备了具有可见光光催化活性的还原氧化石墨烯-钒酸铋(RGO-BiVO4)复合材料。用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、紫外-可见漫反射光谱(UV-vis/DRS)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、能谱分析(EDS)表征了所制备的样品。在模拟太阳光和可见光下以罗丹明B为目标污染物来检测样品的催化活性。结果表明:GO的负载有效地提高了BiVO4的光催化活性,GO的质量分数为5%时,RGO-BiVO4的光催化活性最好。 A Reduced Graphene Oxide-BiVO4(RGO-BiVO4) photocatalyst was prepared by a facile hydrothermal method.The photocatalyst was characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electronic microscope,transmission electronic microscope,UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,Energy Dispersive Spectrometer,respectively.The visible-light photocatalytic activity was evaluated by oxidation of Rhodamine B(RhB) under a simulated sunlight irradiation.The results show that the photocatalytic activity of RGO-BiVO4 is enhanced in the presence of GO,the photoactivity of RGO-BiVO4 with GO of 5%(in mass) was greater than that of other samples.
