本文对国内外多种导电机构进行了分析和计算,提出了大功率缝焊机导电机构的设计准则和导电副表面质量的新概念。最后推出一种大功率缝焊机导电机构的最佳结构形式。

The seam welding heads in different seam welding machines are anylized and calcu- lated in this paper.The New concept of characteristic for interface of conductors and the design of high power seam welding head are put on.The new strcture of seam welding head for high power seam welding machine is shown at last.
