锅炉集箱的机器人焊接技术的研究

Study of Robot Welding Technology on Boilers

本文对弧焊机器人应用于锅炉集箱管座的焊接技术进行了初步探讨,研究了机器人的示教,选定了焊接工艺方法,给出了焊接集箱的程序框图,并提供了管间距为52mm 集箱模拟件的焊接工艺参数及焊接接头的检验结果,认为用弧焊机器人焊接锅炉集箱是较为有效的方法。

The Robot arc welding technology on boiler tubes is discussed in this paper.The teaching of Robot and selecting of welding method are studied.Block diagram of welding process, the welding parameters and test result of welding joint on boiler tubes with 52mm distance are given.It is an effect method to use the arc welding Robot welding boilers.
