摘要
在工程总承包已成为国际项目管理的发展趋势下,文章对以设计为龙头的EPC总承包模式进行分析,论述了在水电工程建设中应用该模式的优势与必要性,并总结了在项目实施过程中应重点注意的几个问题,对于我国水电工程的项目管理具有一定借鉴意义。
Engineering general contract has become the development tendency ofinternationalprojcct management. This article analyzes the EPC management mode leaded by Professional Design Institutes, discusses the necessity and advantages of applying it to hydropower engineering. Several problems that should be focus on during the process of project implementation are summed up. These results have certain significance for China＇s hydropower construction proj^ct management.
