[主要目的]总结脐疗便秘用药规律,为脐疗便秘组方遣药提供指导。[资料来源]中华医典为古代文献检索源检索脐疗便秘相关条文。[选择文献量及依据]以中国知网数据库为现代文献检索源检索(1979年-2011年)脐疗便秘论文。便秘用脐疗又明确提出用药的古籍条文:明确运用中药、中成药或中西药合用脐疗便秘的现代文献均纳入。[数据提炼规则及应用方法]纳入资料录入Microsoft excel电子表格,古代文献分为书名、朝代、作者、成书年代、原文、病名、使用药物、使用方法、其他配合疗法和备注等项目逐条进行录入。现代文献分为文献出处(包括期刊名称,年卷期和页码)、病名、使用药物、脐疗方式、配合疗法和备注等项目逐条录入。[数据综合结果]在脐疗便秘用药寒热温凉平等各药性均有涉及,出现频次寒性220、温性213占绝大多数。药味酸、苦、甘、辛、咸、淡都有出现频次苦347、辛282、甘157、咸119明显高于其他。[结论]脐疗治疗便秘的药物以寒、温性,苦、辛、甘、咸类药物为主。
