《叶天士医案大全》治疗痫症用药规律系统综述

[主要目的]分析《叶天士医案大全》治疗痫证用药规律。[资料来源]《叶天士医案大全》(上海中医药大学出版社1994年6月出版)中所有治疗痫症复方。[选择文献量及依据]①研究类型:临床研究。②研究对象:叶天士治疗痫证方剂,纳入复方共20首。[数据应用方法]建立Excel2003数据库,统计用药频率及出现频次。[数据综合得出结果与结论]20首方剂中,共使用75味药,总频率172次,使用>5次药物依次为栀子、黄连、龙胆、芦荟、青黛、黄芩、石菖蒲、远志;使用最多的为清热药,其次为补益药,入心肝肾经药最多;药味多为苦寒,以寒为主。从用药频率、痫症分类及四气五味归经统计分析叶天士治疗痫证的用药规律是清热泻火为主,注重辛味;用药导向是泻火滋阴,柔养厥阴;用药原则是清心、泄肝、宣肺。
