摘要
[目的]观察玉屏风散加味治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号随机分为两组,对照组30例对症治疗基础上口服转移因子口服液,治疗组30例玉屏风散加味(黄芪5~15g,白术6~12g,防风5~12g,生地10~15g,玄参10~15g,麦冬6~12g),随证加减,1剂/d,分2次口服,2~3岁50mL/次,3~8岁100mL/次,8~12岁150mL/次。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效16例,有效12例,无效2例,总有效率93.30%。对照组显效10例,有效12例,无效8例,总有效率73.30%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。咳喘、自汗、纳差、大便溏稀治疗组改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]加味玉屏风散治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染疗效满意。
[Objective]To observe the flavored yupinfeng powder treatment of infantile repeated respiratory infection and curative effect.[Methods]Using random parallel control method,60 patients with outpatient service doctor order number randomly divided into two groups,control group of 30 cases of symptomatic treatment based on an oral transfer factor oral liquid,treatment group 30 cases yupinfeng flavored(Huangqi5~15g,Baizu6~12g,Fangfeng5~12g,Shengdi10~15g,Xuanshen10~15g,Maidong6~12g) along with the card to add and subtract,agent /1 d,2 times of oral,2~3 years old to 50 mL/time,3 to 8,100 mL/second,150 mL /8~12 years old.15 d continuous treatment for 1 course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.2 courses of treatment continuously,judge curative effect.[Result]The treatment group,16 cases had marked effect,12 cases effective,ineffective in 2 cases,total effective rate was 93.30%.Control group,10 cases had marked effect,12 cases effective,8 no effect,the total effective rate was 73.30%.Treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P0.05).To cough and gasp,spontaneous perspiration,NaCha,defecate pond thin to improve treatment group were better than control group(P0.05).Flavored yupinfeng powder.[Conclusion]Treatment of infantile repeated respiratory infection curative effect satisfaction.
