自拟排石汤治疗泌尿系结石48例

Self-Prescription Decoction in Treating 48 cases of Urinary Calculi

[目的]观察自拟排石汤治疗泌尿系结石疗效。[方法]对48例排石汤治疗泌尿系结石住院患者使用排石汤(金钱草50g,车前子包30g,石韦20g,王不留行15g,海金砂15g,大黄15g,鸡内金冲服12g,牛膝12g,甘草12g,三七粉5g),1剂/d,煎汤,早晚各1次口服。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗5疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治愈40例,有效5例,无效3例,总有效率93.70%。[结论]自拟排石汤治疗泌尿系结石疗效满意。

[Objective]To observe the effect of Paishi Decoction in the treatment of urinary calculi.[Methods]48 cases of Paishi Decoction in the treatment of urinary calculi in patients with Paishi Decoction（Jinqiancao 50g,Chaqianzi 30g,Shiwei 20g,Wangbuliuxing 15g,Haijansha 15g,Daihuang 15g,Jinajin Chungfu 12g,Niuxi 12g,Gancao 12g,Sanqifen 5g）,1 doses of/d,decoction,sooner or later the 1 oral.Continuous treatment with 10d for 1 courses.Observation of clinical symptoms,adverse reaction.Continuous 5 courses of treatment,the curative effect.[Results]40 cases were cured,effective 5 cases,invalid 3 cases,the total efficiency of 93.70%.[Conclusion]self-prescription Decoction curative effect in the treatment of urinary calculi.
