自拟排石汤联合体外震波碎石治疗泌尿系结石随机平行对照研究

Federation of Self-made Removing Stone Decoction External Shock Wave Lithotripsy for Urinary Calculi with Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察自拟排石汤联合体外震波碎石治疗泌尿系结石疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将72例门诊及住院患者按抽签法随机分为两组。对照组36例B超定位后行体外震波碎石,1次/周,40min/次,碎石后常规口服抗生素3d预防感染;4次治疗后结石仍未下者停止碎石。治疗组自拟排石汤(黄芩、茜草根、三七粉各10g,金钱草30g,海金沙布包20g,炒鸡内金、元胡、枳实各10g;肾脏积水加泽泻10g,滑石30g;小便涩痛、肉眼血尿加白茅根10g,鱼腥草10g;恶心心慌加法半夏15g;发热加冬葵子10g),上方适量加水,平煎代茶饮,1剂/日,不拘时服。西医治疗同对照组。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、结石、肾脏积水、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效26例,有效8例,无效2例,总有效率94.44%。对照组显效19例,有效9例,无效8例,总有效率77.78%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]自拟排石汤联合体外震波碎石治疗泌尿系结石疗效显著,值得推广。

[Objective]Observation of self-made removing stone decoction effect of shock wave lithotripsy for urinary calculi outside the Consortium.[Methods]Using randomized controlled method,72 cases of outpatient and inpatient admission date on odd and even days were randomly divided into two groups.Control group,36 cases of B-positioning underwent extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy,1 times/week,40min/times,a total of four times,still under treatment to stop gravel stones;each rubble three days after a routine oral antibiotic prophylaxis infection.Self treatment group row of stone soup,fried flat behalf of the tea,1 dose/day.Western medicine with the control group.15d is a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.2 courses of continuous treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]Treatment group 26 cases,8 cases,2 cases,the total efficiency of 94.44%.Control group,19 cases were markedly effective in 9 cases,8 cases,the total efficiency of 77.78%.Treatment group than the control group（P0.05）.[Conclusion]Self Pai Shi Tang Commonwealth ESWL treatment of urinary calculi effect is significant,worthy of promotion.
