按摩迎香穴、足三里治疗小儿脾虚易感证50例临床观察

[目的]观察按摩足三里、迎香穴治疗小儿脾虚易感证疗效。[方法]对50例小儿脾虚易感证门诊患者按摩迎香穴(双手拇指分别按于同侧下颌部,中指分别按于同侧迎香穴,其余三指则向手心方向弯曲,中指置于迎香穴部轻柔打圈按摩10圈后,然后沿鼻向上推,至印堂沿眼眶推至颧骨然后推回迎香穴,来回10次)、足三里(大拇指或中指按压足三里穴,每穴按压50次,注意每次按压要使足三里穴有针刺一样的酸胀、发热的感觉),每天早晚各按摩一次,连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈32例,显效12例,有效6例,无效0例,总有效率100%。[结论]按摩迎香穴、足三里治疗小儿脾虚易感证疗效满意,有很好的保健作用,能够改善体质,减轻或减少肺系、脾胃疾病的发生。
