华佗再造丸臭氧自血疗法联合西药治疗急性脑梗死随机平行对照研究

Randomized Parallel Controlled Study On Cerebral Infarction Treated by Ozone-AHT Combined with Hua Tuo Zaizao Pills

[目的]观察华佗再造丸臭氧自血疗法联合西药治疗急性脑梗死疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将46例住院患者按就诊顺序编号随机分为两组,对照组23例①常规治疗。②臭氧自血治疗(专用采血袋,取患者肘正中静脉,采血100mL+医用臭氧100 mL(47μg/mL),1:1比例混合,5～10min与血液充分混合,回输患者体内(15min内),1次/d。治疗组23例华佗再造丸,8g(48～50粒),早晚各服1次。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗20d为1疗程。观测临床症状、神经功能缺损(NIHSS)评分、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组基本治愈4例,显效10例,有效6例,无效3例,总有效率86.95%。对照组基本治愈2例,显效6例,有效6例,无效9例,总有效率60.86%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。神经功能缺损评分两组均明显改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]臭氧自体血回输疗法结合华佗再造丸对急性脑梗塞疗效显著,早期应用有助于改善神经功能障碍,提高疗效,改善预后。

To observe the clinical efficacy of Cerebral Infarction Treated by Ozone-AHT Combined with Hua Tuo Zaizao Pills.[Methods]The 46 cases of hospitalized patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups According to the order of treatment,23 cases in the control group,using the routine drug and ozone major Autohemotherapy;23 cases in treatment group,added with Hua Tuo zaizao pills,other treatment as the control group,10 days for a course of treatment,continuous treatment of two courses.Observation of clinical efficacy,NIHSS scores and comparative analysis.[Results]The treatment group cured 4 cases,markedly effective in 10 cases,effective 6 cases,invalid 3 cases,the total efficiency of 86.95%.The control group cured 2 cases,effective in 6 cases,effective 6 cases,invalid 9 cases,the total efficiency of 60.86%.The efficacy of the treatment group was superior to control group（P0.05）.The NIHSS score improvement in the treatment group than the control group（P0.05）.[Conclusion]The therapeutic effect of acute cerebral infarction patients may be markedly improved by Ozone autologous blood transfusion therapy combined Hua Tuo zaizao pill,early application helps to improve the neurological dysfunction,improve curative effect and improve prognosis.
