祛风清热润眸方超生雾化联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗分泌过少型干眼症随机平行对照研究

Functions of Heat-Clearing and Moist Eyes Chinese Medicine Type Super Living too Little Atomization Treatment Combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops Secretion Dry Eyes Random Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察祛风清热润眸方超生雾化联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗分泌过少型干眼症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将213例门诊患者按就诊顺序单双号抽签随机分为两组,对照组112例玻璃酸钠滴眼液,4～6次/d,滴眼。治疗组101例祛风清热润眸方超声雾化(生地、麦冬、防风、菊花、蝉蜕、赤芍、茯苓、山茱萸、石斛、桑叶、玉竹、当归、丹参各15克,水煎),将汤剂注入仪器,通过仪器产生水雾沿输送管到达患眼。嘱患者睁开双眼,使药物与眼表充分接触,每眼治疗15～20min,1次/d;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗1周为1疗程。观测临床症状、泪液分泌、不良反应。连续治疗4个疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈38例,显效36例,有效14例,无效13例,总有效率87.13%。对照组痊愈22例,显效30例,有效31例,无效29例,总有效率74.11%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。SchirmerI试验两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]祛风清热润眸方超生雾化联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗分泌过少型干眼症疗效显著,见效快,值得推广。

[Objective]Watch functions of heat-clearing and embellish eyes square super living atomization treatment combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops too little production type dry eyes curative effect.[Method]Using random parallel control method,Will order 213 clinic patients in clinic.The lottery were randomly divided into two groups,In the control group,112 cases of sodium hyaluronate eye drops,4～6 times/d,eye drops,Treatment group of 101 Chinese medicine ultrasonic atomizer（Radix rehmanniae,radix ophiopogonis,windproof,chrysanthemum,cicada,red paeony root,tuckahoe,dogwood,caulis dendrobii,mulberry leaf,solomonseal rhizome,Chinese angelica,salvia miltiorrhiza each fifteen grams,water frying） Will Chinese medicine medicinal broth injection equipment,through the instrument generation water along the pipeline reaches the eye,Instruct patients with open eyes,make a good contact with drug and the ocular surface,each eye treatment fifteen～twenty minute,1/d,western medicine treatment with the control group.Continuous treatment for 1 week to 1 course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,tear secretion and adverse reactions.Four courses of treatment continuously,judge curative effect.[Result] In treatment group recovered thirty-eight cases,thirty-Six cases were markedly effective,effective 14 cases,thirteen cases of invalid,total effective rate was 87.13% .Control group recover twenty-two cases,thirty cases were markedly effective,effectivethirty-one cases,twenty-nine had no effect,the total effective rate was74.11%.Treatment group curative effect is better than the control group（P0.01）.SchirmerI tests in the two groups were improved（P0.05）,treatment group is better than that of control group（P0.01） [Conclusion]＂Moist eyes party＂Chinese medicine excessive atomization combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops too little production type dry eyes with obvious therapeutic effect,quick effect,worthy of promotion.
