喜炎平联合西药治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎随机平行对照研究

Randomized Controlled Trial of Xiyanping Injection Combined With Western Medicine in The Treatment of Children With Mycoplasma Pneumonia

[目的]观察喜炎平联合西药治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将68例将68例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号随机分为两组,对照组34例阿奇霉素10mg/(kg.d),静滴,连用5d,停药2d,口服阿奇霉素干混悬剂10mg/(kg.d),顿服3d,停药4d。治疗组34例喜炎平注射液5mg/(kg.d)加入5%葡萄糖100～250mL中稀释后静脉滴注,1次/d,西药治疗同对照组,连续治疗2周为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈23例,有效9例,无效2例,总有效率94.10%。对照组治愈12例,有效16例,无效5例,总有效率85.30%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]喜炎平注射液联合西药治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎疗效满意。

[Objective]To observe the curative effect of Xiyanping injection combined with western medicine in the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumonia.[Method]Using randomized controlled methods,68 patients were according to the order of treatment were randomly divided into two groups,34 cases in the control group intravenous infusion of azithromycin 10mg /（kg.d）,for 5days,then stop drug 2days,and oral azithromycin for suspension 10mg /（kg.d）,meal service 3D 4D,stop drug.The treatment group of 34 cases of Xiyanping injection 5mg /（kg.d） in 5% glucose and 100～250mL after diluted intravenous drip,1 times/d,western medicine treatment with the control group,continuous treatment for 2 weeks as 1 course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,adverse reaction.Continuous 1 courses of treatment,the curative effect.[Results]the treatment group cured 23 cases,effective 9 cases,invalid 2 cases,the total efficiency of 94.10%.The control group cured 12 cases,effective 16 cases,invalid 5 cases,the total efficiency of 85.30%.The efficacy of the treatment group than in control group（P0.05）.[Conclusion]Xiyanping injection combined with western medicine treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children.
